First senior session of the spring season...YAY! It felt so good to start session season back up. Riley graduated last year, 2020. I was so excited to capture this milestone for her because I know around this time last year was SO hard for so many class of 2020 grads. So many missed out on a traditional graduation. Riley graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a Masters of Public Administration. She was able to go back this May and finally have a traditional graduation! Riley currently works at the Illinois Foundation FFA. We had the BEST time walking around downtown together for her shoot! She was so patient with working around all the people downtown getting prom photos and when my camera FROZE up. I had to change out to my other camera (so glad I have a back up ready to go). She was so understanding!
It was a very windy day...but Riley absolutely ROCKED it! We had the best glowy light and a GORGEOUS tree with flowers in bloom. I enjoyed talking about local places to try since she just moved to the area (actually to my home town!). I have so many favorites! Enjoy scrolling through!

I LOVED Riley's dress! The pattern and texture, so cute!

That glowy light!! A fave of mine!

This flower tree was absolutely gorgeous and perfect height!
Another fave!

On the brick road in front of the State Capitol are some of my faves from the whole shoot!

Gorgeous!
