And just like that Christmas has came and gone. I hope everyone had a WONDERFUL Christmas and is prepping for a fun New Year! I wanted to share a few gifts I received and that I am excited to use! I was lucky enough to receive three products on my Christmas wish list.
What I got for Christmas:
1. 50mm lens. I am so excited to have another lens! I have been wanting one for a while. This was not my first pick of a lens, but I had to go with what was reasonable and still a good addition. The 50mm will allow me to take photos easier in tighter places and if needed inside. Since I am a natural light photographer, I do not take photos inside very often. I cannot wait to try this lens out!

2. Pixel eyewear. I have been wanting a pair of Pixel glasses since my favorite photographer I follow, Hope Taylor, talked about them! These glasses protect your eyes from the blue light screens give off. Being a photographer, I am on my computer hours at a time editing photos and usually at night time. Pixel eyewear is supposed to be great for editing because they do not change the way you see colors on your screen. This will allow me to edit photos no problem while keeping my eyes safe!
3. Diffuser. One thing that has been on my list since I got a flash last year was a diffuser. This allows the light given off by the flash not so harsh! I am excited to test this out because it cou
ld come in handy for projects or personal photography. I definitely want to break it out next year and try portraits with Christmas lights.
I am so thankful to have gotten these three gifts this Christmas! I am so excited to get out and try all of them. Also, excited to see what the New Year will bring, especially with my business!
